Getting started
Make your first schedule in 4 steps
- Open the generator. Type or paste your team names, one per line. For brackets, list the strongest team first — that's seed 1.
- Pick a format: Round robin (everyone plays everyone), Single elimination (lose once, out) or Double elimination (two losses).
- The fixtures update as you type. Enter scores in the boxes; standings and bracket advancement update automatically.
- Click Print / PDF and choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog, or CSV for a spreadsheet.
Where is my data stored?
In your browser (localStorage). Nothing is uploaded. Clearing site data deletes it. Use Save current to keep several events, and a Pro share link to move one to another device.
Odd number of teams?
Round robins add a bye each round; brackets give byes to the top seeds. You never have to add a fake "BYE" team.
How do I run pools + playoffs?
Create one round-robin event per pool, then a separate single-elimination event with the qualifiers. Save each event under its own name.
How are standings ranked?
Points (per-win/tie values are in Options — the sport preset sets common defaults), then score difference, then points for, then head-to-head, then name. Edit the points values to match your league.
Pro scheduling
What does the scheduler do?
Open Dates, times & fields, tick Build a dated schedule, then set the first play day, weekdays, start times, fields/courts, the minimum rest a team needs between games, the maximum games per team per day and any blackout dates. Every game gets a date, time and field. Bracket rounds are never scheduled before the round that feeds them.
"Games could not be placed" warning
Your constraints don't leave enough room within two years. Add start times or fields, allow more play days, lower the rest minutes, or raise games per day.
Double-headers
Set rest to 0 and games per team per day to 2. Ticking "Finish each round before the next starts" keeps rounds intact; untick it to pack games as tightly as possible.
Share links
Pro → Share link copies a URL containing the whole event. Anyone who opens it sees the schedule and can enter scores in their own browser. It does not sync back — send a new link after updates.
Calendar export
Pro → Calendar downloads an .ics file you can import into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Requires a dated schedule.
Pro license
I paid — where is my key?
It's in the receipt e-mail (check spam/promotions). It usually arrives within a minute. Open the unlock page, paste the key, done.
The key says invalid / expired / revoked
Make sure you pasted the whole key without spaces. "Expired" means the 12 months are up. "Revoked" means the purchase was refunded. If you believe this is wrong, contact support with your order e-mail.
Using Pro on another device
Open the unlock page there and paste the same key. If you hit the activation limit, remove the key from a device you no longer use (Manage Pro → Remove key).
Refunds
Available within 14 days from the customer portal link in your receipt. Refunding revokes the key.
Troubleshooting
The page shows nothing / buttons don't work
The app needs JavaScript and a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox from the last two years). Disable aggressive script blockers for this site and reload.
Print looks cramped
Use landscape orientation for large brackets, and enable "Background graphics" in the print dialog for the shaded winner rows.
My saved events disappeared
Private/incognito windows and "clear cookies on exit" settings delete browser storage. Use a normal window, or keep a Pro share link as a backup.
