Pricing questions
Is it really one payment?
Yes. $9 buys 12 months of Pro. When it expires you can keep using everything free, or buy another 12 months. Nothing renews automatically.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Checkout asks for an e-mail so the key and receipt can be sent to you. That's it.
How many devices?
Paste the same key on your laptop, phone and a co-organizer's computer. Keys are limited to a reasonable number of activations to prevent resale.
What if I lose the key?
Search your inbox for the receipt, or open the customer portal link in it — it lists your keys. You can also contact support from the Help page.
Refunds?
Within 14 days of purchase, from the customer portal in your receipt. Refunding revokes the key automatically.
