The service

PureBracket provides schedule and bracket generation software that runs in your browser, offered "as is" without warranty. We do our best to make generated schedules correct, but you are responsible for checking them before use.

Pro license

A Pro purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use Pro features for 12 months from purchase on a reasonable number of devices you control. Keys may not be shared publicly or resold. We may revoke keys that are abused. Purchases are handled by our merchant of record; their terms and refund policy (14 days) apply. Refunds revoke the key.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to bypass the license check, scrape or overload the site, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address.
