How the 6-team kickball single elimination bracket is built

6 is not a power of two, so the bracket is padded to 8 slots and the top 2 seeds skip round one with a bye. A champion is decided after 5 games in 3 rounds; add the optional 3rd-place match for one more game.

First-round matchups

Standard seeding puts the strongest seed against the weakest: 4 v 5, 3 v 6. Seeds 1–2 wait for round two. List your teams strongest-first in the generator and the seeding is applied automatically.

How long does it take?

With 60-minute games, 5 games take about 5 hours on one field and 2.5 hours on two — but rounds can't overlap, so the last rounds always run one game at a time. Pro's scheduler enforces that ordering when it assigns dates, start times and fields.

Kickball rules that affect the schedule

Social kickball games run 5–7 innings or a 50-minute cap. Ties are usually allowed in the regular season and settled with an extra inning in playoffs.

Tie-breakers: Head-to-head, then run differential, then runs scored.

Organizer tip: Social leagues care most about even bar time afterwards — keep games per team per day at 1 unless the league asks for double-headers.
