How the 16-team kickball double elimination bracket is built
16 is a power of two, so the bracket is full and nobody gets a bye. Everyone gets two lives: losers from the winners bracket drop into a 6-round losers bracket. The grand final is 30 games in, and if the losers-bracket finalist wins it a reset game is played, for 31 games in total.
First-round matchups
Standard seeding puts the strongest seed against the weakest: 1 v 16, 8 v 9, 4 v 13, 5 v 12, 2 v 15, 7 v 10, 3 v 14, 6 v 11. List your teams strongest-first in the generator and the seeding is applied automatically.
How long does it take?
With 60-minute games, 31 games take about 31 hours on one field and 15.5 hours on two — but rounds can't overlap, so the last rounds always run one game at a time. Pro's scheduler enforces that ordering when it assigns dates, start times and fields.
Kickball rules that affect the schedule
Social kickball games run 5–7 innings or a 50-minute cap. Ties are usually allowed in the regular season and settled with an extra inning in playoffs.
Tie-breakers: Head-to-head, then run differential, then runs scored.
Organizer tip: Social leagues care most about even bar time afterwards — keep games per team per day at 1 unless the league asks for double-headers.
